Return Policy:

At Because of Soccer, we want you to love your merch. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.

What We Accept:

  • Defective or damaged items – We’ll replace or refund them free of charge.
  • Wrong size or item – We’ll gladly exchange it or issue a refund.
  • Change of mind – Returns for any other reason are accepted, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

What We Don’t Accept:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Returns after 30 days.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us first on our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for defective/wrong items) or instructions for self-paid returns.
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, we recommend exchanging when possible (subject to availability). We’ll cover the shipping for the new item if the original was defective or incorrect.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
  • Sale or discounted items can be returned for store credit only (no cash refund).
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.
